For Future Edge Developments, I build practical automations and lightweight systems that reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and help small teams operate like larger ones. My focus is connecting tools like HighLevel/LeadConnector, Zapier, Loveable.dev, Google Suite, ChatGPT, Claude, Fathom.ai, email/SMS, cloud storage, and other tools into clean, reliable workflows.
Guest Parking Permit System (SMS + Database, Source of Truth)
Designed a guest parking permit workflow that tracks permits end-to-end, calculates expirations automatically, and improves towing prioritization. Worked on building a “source of truth” structure in a database (Property Rules, Active Permits, Expired Permits), including rule enforcement logic (permit duration, max days per month, minimum days between visits) and clean audit trails for approvals/denials. The system also supports operational messaging by including expiration timestamps in notifications so tow drivers can prioritize vehicles based on how long a permit has been expired.

Pipeline-to-Operations Automation (HighLevel → OneDrive)
Implemented an automations that trigger when an opportunities change pipeline stages and generates standardized client folders in OneDrive. This created consistent file organization, reduced missed steps, and ensured teams always have the right structure the moment a deal progresses, especially helpful in shared-drive environments where folder paths and permissions can get tricky.

Automated Client Reporting (Monthly PDF Report)
Create repeatable reporting workflows that turn client data into a clean monthly PDF deliverables. The goal was to automate collection, formatting, and delivery, reducing time spent compiling updates while giving clients a consistent, professional report they can reference and forward internally.

Lead Magnet / Content Delivery Automation (Email + Document Links)
Build automated email delivery flows that send clients a clean, branded message with a single link to their generated content (removing formatting issues like odd spacing/gaps). Focus on reliable variable mapping, clean HTML formatting, and consistent client experience across devices/email clients.
